We are a team of former Apple product and engineering managers who are passionate about saving everyday folks money and time on repairs and maintenance.
Repair costs have exceeded inflation by 3x from 2014 to 2024 — and the process of getting reimbursed for money you're owed is fraught with gotchas, UX hurdles, and customer service run-arounds that waste time people can't afford.
